Very mediocre experience and haircut with Miranda this Friday. She was very standoffish from the jump; said maybe 10 words to me throughout the entire cut, 5 of them being "So what do you want?" Not crazy for any old haircut, but crazy for a $65 haircut. Also, the cut itself was not at all what I asked for. Came in with medium to long hair and had pretty specific requests about guard size, style, and hair length. She didn't follow any of those requests; I walked out with a copy-and-paste, short-on-the-sides-medium-on-top haircut, which isn't by any means what I asked for. She didn't even do the usual barber routine of showing a certain length of hair and asking, "this look okay?" before cutting the top; just chugged along. I’ve been going to Miguel for over a year now and he’s consistently great. His attention to detail is on point, especially when it comes to beard work — easily the best I’ve had. Every cut is clean, sharp, and exactly what I’m looking for. On top of that, he’s a really nice guy and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Miguel to anyone looking for a reliable barber who really cares about his craft.

Beware of their reschedule and cancellation policy. For rescheduling, they charge $65. And if you are late for the appointment, they will charge you another $65 and refuse service. I made a huge mistake trying to get a quick haircut during my busiest week. I guess they don’t offer walk-in service anymore. And don’t give them your credit card information, they will charge you without any notice.
