When we first purchased a machine from this company, they were very accommodating. However, after the purchase, it has been extremely difficult to get support for repairs. They require us to send videos and often want us to bring the machine to their office for service. We’ve also had negative experiences with them charging for repairs without getting prior approval—this has happened more than once. Even after repairs are completed, the delivery back to us is not prompt.
Customer service is fantastic.
