BLU Nail Spa

I paid for my bestie to get her nails done here and it was an awful experience. The nail tech was extremely rough while filing her nails and caught her cuticle several times. Her nails are nothing like the inspo picture that she gave (last pic), they trimmed her nails so short to the point it exposed her nail beds. She woke up in pain the next day, it’s been 2 days since she got them done and the polish is chipping and the nails are lifting. When I went in and asked for a refund they would not give a full refund which I understood not refunding the tip but they should have for the service and they tried to get her to sit back down and let them fix it mind you there is exposed nail bed. Overall the worst nail salon experience and I do not recommend anyone come here.

Myself and my 5 year old daughter got gel manicures here for Christmas. I had originally planned on just doing polish alone, but the nail tech asked if I wanted a design and I figured “Why not?” She gave me the cutest snowflake on each ring finger. My daughter requested purple, sparkle nails with a snowman, ribbon, and snowflake. She was SO HAPPY and excited with how they turned out. I hardly ever get my nails done, but am really happy with their work. We will definitely be back in the future.

This salon is amazing and so friendly. The store is clean and calming. They have staff that can take care of whatever nails you’re looking for. They’ve helped my real nails grow the longest they’ve ever been. I’d recommend this place to all my friends and family

Great walk in spot for a pedicure. They have multiple chairs and many different packages to pick from. Very clean, use plastic in the basins and my tools came from a sanitized pack. Had the pamper me service and it was great

Tala’s expertise was evident as he skillfully shaped my toenails, paying special attention to my sensitive ingrown nail concerns. The massage, reflexology, and paraffin wax treatment were simply divine! 🤌🏼 If you’re looking for a pampering session that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, I can’t recommend this enough—especially if you can book with Tala.
