I started getting my nails done at Blu Birch and was a little nervous and apprehensive of putting gel on my finger nails. My nail tech was so amazing teaching me different ways we can do nails, while also giving me crucial information on how to protect my polish between appointments. Sierra is a fantastic nail tech, and I can foresee me going to her for any time I need my nails done!

Mady and Katie are your lady’s to go to for lashes! Love them both, I feel beautiful every time I leave the building. Also super relaxing environment. It’s lowkey my therapy.

Very expensive for the quality of work. A scheduled appointment was made but once we were there we were told they didn't have time to do acrylic, which is what we requested ahead of time, because there were other customers. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if you are just going to rush us out because you over booked?

I booked my appointment three weeks in advance (07/19/25) for both color and a haircut, scheduled for 3:00pm on a Saturday (08/09/25). As a stay-at-home mom, I specifically choose Saturday appointments because they’re the only time I can get away for hair services without disrupting my weekday routine.
