Blow In Blow Out

I absolutely love Blow In Blow Out! Everyone is super nice and fun to be around. The aesthetic is super cute and has great vibes. It’s very clean. Stephanie is the sweetest and Rachel is an amazing hair stylist! Highly recommend booking your next appointment here!

Haven’t had a bad Blowout here. All of the stylists are great. George especially is a doll - very personable and consistently gives me a fantastic shampoo and blowout. He notices what my hair needs – for example I had used a lot of dry shampoo so he cut it with some tea tree oil during the shampoo process. So nice! He asks me exactly what I would like, listens, and delivers!

George is one of the best stylists any where. I visit 2X a week. It’s other staff, that’s the problem. I arrived 15 minutes early on a Sunday morning. Two employees were inside with the door locked. They announced I could not come in, I could wait outside in the cold. I can’t stand for long, and all I wanted was use of a chair. No aptitude for customer service. I am only returning because of George. The owner should do some training!

I went to this salon years ago and stopped going because their service was so terrible. Every stylist had an attitude. I have coarse Indian hair and I know how my hair will react to certain products and they still think they know better. After trying several I left and went to the several better quality salons nearby ( dry bar. Salon Fresca capellemani). I couldn’t get the time I wanted for a particular Saturday so I called them and booked on the phone. No one told me about a cancellation policy. I called to cancel and the manager Stephanie tells me it’s online.- told her repeatedly I didn’t book online your front desk employee should have made me aware of the cancellation policy. She pretty much had no empathy and said she would charge me $25 anyway. The salon has gotten worse over the y

I’ve been in twice now and had great experiences both times! Got an appointment the very next day, and the price was great—just $50 for a wash, dry, and style. The staff is friendly, and I really liked my stylist, Alicia. The shop itself is cute and modern, with hair products and brushes available for purchase. Each time, I was in and out within 45 minutes and left happy with how my hair looked. Cons: The wash station doesn’t have much neck support—no neck rest—so if you have neck issues, it could be uncomfortable. Also, not much heat protectant was used, so my hair ended up smelling a little burnt afterward. Overall, I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely be returning!
