Sooo glad I found this black owned beauty supply store! I visited this store this weekend for their opening and I was amazed. Everything was so nice and neat and the product selection was nice too. The owner, Elizabeth, delivered the best customer service experience that I have had in a long time. I will definitely return the next time I’m in town.

She has a select amount of product in the store, however the quality of the merchandise is good. She also has great customer service! Issue is she’s rarely in the store. She leaves a note on the door providing a number to call if she isn’t there but she doesn’t answer the calls or text! As I stated before customer service and quality of merchandise is great but she has to stay in the store long enough to sell them.

I love this store!! I can get my favorite braiding hair without having to drive 45 minutes away. The owner was very helpful and patient. I will definitely be back.

OH MY GOSH!!!! The absolute best customer service in town! Well stocked, clean and the staff is very knowledgeable about all of the products.
