Blooming Nails

Love this salon! I’ve been here about 4 times now and my nails are always flawless! My gel nails always last over 4 weeks with no chipping when I come here. All the nail techs are super friendly and welcoming. My guy today asked me if I wanted to do a Halloween design on my nails. I thought that was really sweet of him to offer without me asking. Highly recommend this place!

Barely paid any attention to me and charged 90 bucks for these when on the website it said 70 never asked if I wanted paint gel or anything just did her thing. the application was ok…Some of the nails have little bubbles in them and the acrylic they used burnnnnned my nails underneath to the point she had to spray them I’ve been getting acrylics for years and have never had it burn that bad.

They were really nice and friendly to me and my friends! They asked questions about what we wanted and the designs were really pretty and close to our references pictures. The woman who did mine and the longer pink nail girls was really good at her art and she hand drew my butterflies. They were really accommodating and the guy helped me with choosing different colors even though I ended up picking the color he initially put on me. There was a little bit of a language barrier but they mostly understood us.

I really love this place—my nails always look great, and the quality of work is consistently excellent. That said, I’ve been disappointed on several occasions when I’ve made an appointment but still had to wait because walk-ins were taken ahead of scheduled clients. At my most recent appointment, I waited about 30 minutes, which felt unacceptable given that I had reserved a time. I completely understand not wanting to turn business away, but appointments should be prioritized and honored, especially for loyal customers who plan ahead. Aside from this scheduling issue, they truly do a great job on my nails, which is why I continue to come back.

This was my second (and last) visit, and I can’t think of any business, not just a nail salon, that has been more unfriendly or unwelcoming. From my perspective, I arrive on time for my appointment, smile and overtip and they seem like they can barely tolerate me. I was snapped at for not having cash, even tho I added $10 to a $15 charge. One person offered me a quick dry top coat, the other told me they didn’t have it and when I checked with the first person, she acted like I was an idiot for asking when she already told me they did. I couldn’t understand what they said after but it didn’t sound complimentary. The whole experience was so miserable I didn’t even have the heart to point out the sloppy job they did with a simple polish change. Other people were treated better, I won’t specul
