I was the bride in the previous reviews. I had received my bridal trial after paying half of the total cost for the wedding (295). My hair did not meet expectations and I feel as if the situation was not rectified. I had informed Chloe that I would be cancelling my contract with her a day after my trial. I had discussed with my MOH the outcome and I was trying to remain positive however the style just was above her skill level. She had stated that I could not receive a refund although my wedding is in February which is ample time for the other stylist to fill that spot. I also may note that I paid a whole month in advance. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important for other brides to be aware. As a professional hairstylist myself (and the maid of honor), I found the booking policy and overall experience extremely misleading. My friend Shelby (the bride) was required to pay a non-refundable $295 deposit before she was even allowed to meet her stylist or have her bridal trial. The whole purpose of a trial is to determine whether the stylist’s skill level and workflow align with the client’s expectations. Requiring brides to pay half the wedding-day cost before they can even book the trial puts them in a vulnerable position. I have a friend who recently was charged for work that wasn’t of good quality and nothing was done to rectify it. She left extremely disappointed and unsatisfied due to the fact that her hairstyle (trial hair) didn’t resemble the work done on Chloe’s page. And now she has almost $300. I would not recommend her as a stylist. Being a former stylist myself I would have gone above and beyond to satisfy my clients especially knowing I didn’t meet their needs.

Finally found a Salon that does Amazing work! Had very Long Hair that I joked about being an Old Afghan on my Head. Made an Appointment with Madison, let’s just say she worked Magic on me. Not only can she Cut Hair, but she can Color Epic Hair! I finally have Stylish Hair that makes me Feel Good again. Asked for an Angled LOB & she Nailed it! Also watched Chloe the Owner Cut & Color Two other Clients while I was there. Very Talented Hairstylist. To watch her Cut is Impressive! Great Vibe & Totally Relaxing Salon. So Excited I finally found my New Salon!!!!!
