I did my brows and lashes with Sarah and had a wonderful experience. She guided me throughout the entire process of deciding what worked best for my goals and my face and gave her own advice, while still listening attentively to my thoughts and concerns. Sarah continuously measured and made sure everything looked symmetrical, while still being impressively fast for the quality she delivered. I am keen on finding services that are long lasting, but still good for your skin, and I’m so happy with my choice to come to Bloom.

Sarah is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Her service is quick but still very detailed, I was amazed by the results and my lashes came out perfect. She gave great recommendations on what type of lashes would suit my eyes best. I’m so happy with the results and already have came back 4 times!

After my daughter's lashes were destroyed, a doctor is treating her for the damage and we are currently working with attorneys. The membership was cancelled in December and after continuous attempts to reach the owner, we are still being charged in February for a 4 month membership that ended in January and we haven't used since December!! After reaching out to the owner, the only response that we received is 'I will look into it'. Not only is my daughter receiving medical treatment for having her lashes destroyed, the venue continues to charge her.
