All my daughter wanted was gel x nails for her birthday. We had set up an appointment somewhere else weeks in advance and the night before the appointment the girl cancels on us. My daughter was devastated and cried so much. I immediately started googling for nail salons and came across this place. All the reviews were great. I'm clueless about gel x so I just prayed it would go well. I was able to call and get a same day appointment and even get a pedicure in for my daughter. My daughter was very specific about what she wanted and Nancy literally did it 1000% perfect. She followed the inspo pic and was so great with everything. We have found our new spot. First time at this location. I made an appointment same day for hybrid gel nail extensions and removal of my current gel x set. The gel x set I had on had damaged my natural nails as the previous tech at a different nail salon over filed my natural nails. Nancy at Blooms Nails Spa was so gentle with the removal, taking her time and checking on me to make sure I wasn’t in pain. After removing my gel x set she was honest and told me my nails were too thin and fragile for any new extensions, which I could clearly see. She recommended doing a dip nail polish on my natural nails, letting them heal, grow and in a few weeks try nail extensions. I went here for a gel pedicure. The place is very clean, the staff is professional and polite. It was quiet, and the gentleman at the reception desk offered me an included beverage of choice. Pedi service was excellent, and you also receive an interesting warm eye mask. Service technicians are also dressed nicely and professional. My service technician was Hoa (pronounced “Wah”). Service was $59 plus tip.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Nancy was great and did exactly what I asked for. Full set with hybrid gel and simple design. Yes my nails may not be fancy but this is exactly what I wanted and needed. Will be returning and will be recommending Bloom and Nancy.

1st time Visit for Full Set Gel X and Gel pedicure, the attention to detail is amazing here and they do I really good job! Both Nancy and (Qua) Im not sure if thats right. But they were both so nice and did beautiful job. I would 10/10 recommend design here, I showed them inspiration picture and they really got it almost the same. Completely blown away by their services and Customer service! Its cute they give you option of Soda/Water/Coffee or tea. I love it, will be coming back in future !
