Absolutely the worst! I went into the salon and met a very polite, very nice stylist named Mallory. I showed her a picture of myself with the exact color/cut that I wanted and asked what the price would be; after a brief conversation I scheduled an appointment for the following week. Very Late the night before Mallory texted and canceled the appointment and asked to reschedule...it want until late morning the following day that I read the message (I opted to reschedule). The afternoon of my appointment I arrived 15 minutes early but the salon was closed/locked. I text at the time of my appointment and am informed Mallory is running late.
