After trying (and failing) to get in touch with a local salon for weeks, I finally decided to try Salon Bloom in Flagstaff and I’m SO glad I did! Barbie was my stylist, and she was amazing from start to finish. She greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel welcome. The salon itself is spotless, beautifully organized, and even smells incredible! I was super nervous about chopping off my long hair, but Barbie made me feel completely comfortable and confident about the change. I showed her a few inspo pics, and she nailed it, like, exactly what I wanted! She’s so friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly loves what she does. I started seeing Barbie in 2017. She was able to recognize that my hair wasn’t healthy enough to do what I wanted due to chronic illness. She helped me nurse my hair back to health and helped me achieve great color and length as time went on. Barbie is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I completely trust her with any questions I have regarding hair color, cuts, and product recommendations!

I highly recommend Barbie on every level. My hair looked incredible the day I walked out of her salon and it looks amazing 2 months later. She did such an amazing job that the grow out is even phenomenal and she was reasonably priced. Barbie is such a sweet soul and truly listens to what you want, but she also knows what your hair needs. My hair health has been through a lot and she was so gentle and she was still able to accomplish the level of blonde that I love so much. Like most of us, I have incredibly high standards for my hair. I was with my last hair stylist for 16 years until we moved and it has taken years to find someone else that does a great job…Barbie. I will be a regularly returning customer. That is for sure.

When I first met Barbie 5 years ago, I was looking for a someone who would bring my bleach to a high level. In all my years in Flagstaff I finally had found my forever stylist. She told me that she would be devoted to me and my needs and she has kept her word. She is the kindest, most generous and professional stylist in Flagstaff and she really cares about you. She spent 30 minutes with me discussing my wants and needs and what we expected from each other. Absolutely amazing person. I am honored to now call her a friend.
