I first came to know about Bloom Beauty lab after purchasing a Groupon for microdermabrasion. I was dealing with skin issues related to texture and hyperpigmentation and wanted to get some treatment done. Honestly I didn't know what I needed, but after meeting with Eve we talked about my concerns and she made her recommendations. I like that I didn't feel like I was being sold to but rather informed about what treatments would help reach my skin goals. Other places can make you feel a certain way if you decline a purchase, but I didn't get that feeling here. I also love that I leave a little more knowledgegable about skin care and how I can improve it at home. Anyway, I love it here and can see myself buying more services. I was given the gift of a microdermabrasion facial at Bloom Beauty. I enjoyed it very much. My skin looked and felt wonderful afterward. Evelyn was very informative and personable. Their atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing.

I had such a great experience on my first visit that I instantly booked my second appointment. My services were done by Evelyn she was patient answered all of my questions was thrilled with the process. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The space is clean very cozy Make me feel like I was right at home having a service done. They are not like other spas where the main focus is sales but they really try to customized service to your needs they are very honest and upfront it did not feel like I was being pressured into anything my consultation felt more like a friend to friend conversation and at the end of it the results matched. So excited this business opened in my community and I cannot wait for my next appointment with Evelyn.
