Went to Blokes and was impressed the entire time. Great ambiance and talented barbers. I was set up with Joey P and got one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I have very fine short hair that can be difficult to work with. I will definitely be back.

This British transplant (since 2011) has been at this for 40 years - trained at Vidal Sassoon, worked city center salons, even had a music career before coming back to scissors and clippers. But it's not just about the skills - Duke's a great hang. Great stories, hilarious personality, and he knows everyone in Philly. Plus, his wife Jill runs the shop with him, so it's a proper family operation. Pro tip: Ask him about his journey from the UK to Philly. You won't regret it. Best barber in the city. Period.

I’ve been going to Blokes for almost five years now, and even though I live about 30 minutes away, I still make the trip. The team is always welcoming, and Steven consistently delivers a top-quality haircut. There’s simply no reason for me to go anywhere else.

Great barbershop in Old City. They take care of you. Parking usually isn't bad if you go during the day. Street parking usually available. Stephen has been cutting my hair for about 2 years. He knows what he's doing.
