I went here two weeks ago for a blowout for my elopement ceremony and had the best experience. My hair turned out beautiful and even lasted five days, so I was really excited to come back. I went again yesterday to get a blowout for my wedding reception, but I had a different stylist this time and the results were disappointing. She didn’t use a round brush at all—just curled my hair with a straightener—and by 4pm (after a 12pm appointment) my curls had already fallen out. Honestly, I feel like I paid $50 for something I could’ve done myself at home, and that was really discouraging, especially coming off such a great first experience. I scheduled a blow out for a corporate Christmas party. My service was to include a 15 Minute head massage and Blow out. Total service time scheduled was 55 minutes. I was in and out in 30 minutes with little to no head massage, and the worst hair styling I’ve ever experienced from a supposed professional. No round brush, no volume, curls were a mess and there were parts of my Hair that weren’t curled at all. I had to completely wash my hair and start over from scratch myself. I attempted to get ahold of the manager 3 times, including leaving a voicemail that has not been returned. Please do not waste your time or money at this location. What should have been relaxing, turned into a nightmare… that I paid $70 for.

Great salon. Brittany did a perfect blowout. I highly recommend her. I have long, thick curly hair and came out with perfectly smooth, shiny waves.

I love, love this salon! It is very clean and fun! Everyone is so nice! My stylist Scarlett is amazing! Sometimes my blowout lasts two weeks, and I have crazy hair! I look forward to my weekly appointments at Blo! Go get a blowout or a style!

*THIRD UPDATE* 4/13/2022 Please STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! They will take your money and have 0 consideration for the money people pay to feel good about themselves. This is a TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! *SECOND UPDATE* 3/14/2022 Please take your money and use it at a locally owned salon that cares about their customers. I have had zero assistance and am at a loss for words. This is not how you run a business. See attached pictures of my hair that was allegedly “done by a professional.” Extremely disheartening as I have never had an experience like this in the hair industry. *UPDATE* I have been repeatedly contacting the salon for a refund. Not one person is getting back to me. The salon owner, Tanya, replied ONCE asking if we could speak via phone. I replied yes please and provided pictures and vid
