Strange Male Receptionist Ruined my wife’s Valentine’s Day! Friday Feb 13 2026 @ 3:58 PM Called to schedule appt. And was told “you’ll get what I give you” by receptionist, after brushing that off and still booking appt. I ended the call and was immediately called back by same receptionist and chewed out for “not saying goodbye” , I had my 9 month old in my lap for feeding during the call maybe I didn’t say goodbye but I atleast said thank you before hanging up, it was also on speaker and gave my wife creepy vibes, she didn’t want to go anymore. She’s a first time mother and I really wanted to do something nice for her so I went in to talk to staff and try to get some closure work it out and still go forward with the massage, they offered nothing, hardly an apology, no discount, no reprim

The front desk male receptionist was very strange and made me feel very uncomfortable that I had to cancel my appointment. For the price you pay for the basic massage you would think the employees would be schooled in proper customer service.

The masseuses are wonderful and the space is beautiful, especially the floors. I do computer work and the massages have really helped with back and neck pain that was terrible. They are professional here and make you feel very comfortable.

I have been a frequent client for a few years now and have wonderful relaxing experiences with every massage therapist. A few of my favorites are Ben, Jed and Troy, Special shout out to: Brianna and Tessi they both used gliding cupping during the massage, I felt amazing!!

As I get older, self care has become very important to me. I have been going to Blissful Knead for about 2 years now and I always look forward to my monthly appointments. The staff is very friendly and professionally. Their facility is clean and inviting. I always feel so relaxed and on cloud 9 when I leave. 10/10 recommend.
