I wish I remembered the names of the gentleman and the lady who took care of us—they were truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere was calming. I also loved that they checked the health of our hair at the end using a hair analysis machine. Such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

Then they moved on to washing and caring for the hair using their own Chinese herbal formula, so refreshing and unique. The flowing water, steaming, and massage all worked together to melt my stress away. While the steam was on, they even gave a full neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage, which felt amazing. After the treatment, they did a scalp analysis with a little camera to show how clean and refreshed my scalp was. To finish, they styled and blew out my hair, and used a machine with red light and different massage heads for a final head treatment. It really felt like a full-body reset, not just a head spa.
