Can’t recommend this place enough! All the girls are great, Kayleigh, Billie, Heather & Reagan. Ive learned this is the only salon I want to go to! They’re so real & always make me feel so beautiful. I have NEVER walked out disappointed with my look from ANY of these women.

Called yesterday to make an appointment for my 14 year old son to get his hair cut today. Kaylee said it would be $10 and even explained its $10 for 14 and younger at 15 they charge adult price at $23. She then said she would be the one doing the cut. I was busy and had my husband bring my son in. She charged him $15 instead of what i was told itd be. He paid it not knowing that she had overcharged him. I called immediately after and asked to speak to a manager she (kaylee) informed me they dont have a manager and when i asked why she did what she did she was very rude stating "you told me your son was 10" (my son is 14 and looks 18 he could never pass for 10 why would i say that). I don’t have anything negative to say about this business , but more so about my service that was provided to me by a cosmologist there. It has been months since this took place , but it still bothers me so much , especially because I recently saw her out in public at Walmart which was entirely cringe! But I had also been informed I’m not the only one with complaints. So is it lack of experience, or taking advantage of someone else’s client? This cosmologist was recommended to me by my cosmologist who I have known for years, and who I have been going to regularly for years, I trust her.
