James does the one thing everyone needs and wants, he listens and delivers. He colored and layered my daughter's hair exactly as asked and made sure to explain the process the whole time. He even cut her curly hair dry, which is what I've been looking for in order to obtain optimal results.The results were beyond expected. The salon is also very clean and welcoming. I am absolutely in love with my hair after getting the keratin treatment! My hair feels silky, smooth, and so much easier to style. The frizz is completely gone, and it looks shiny and healthy every day without me having to spend hours with heat tools. Please pay attention to this review especially if you are sensitive to chemicals. I used to go to James a while ago. He's a nice guy and always did a good job with my hair cut. I asked him if he was able to do the keratin treatment to straighten hairs; his answer was positive, he also claimed that he would used very expensive products with no harm chemicals because he didn't want to risk an allergic reaction, that's the reason, he said, the treatment is so expensive. I was intimidated by the price, $300 but eventually I decided to give it a try. When he started to apply the product to my hair, my eyes started to burn and watering. He opened the door and put a fan to let the fumes dissipate easily. I put my glasses on, hoping it would be better, but it didn't work much. He started to discus
