I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit at Bliss Spa and will absolutely never be returning. We booked a couples massage and upon arrival were told the price had been raised to $68 per person — $10 more than what we paid just last month. When booking, we specifically requested two female massage therapists. Instead, we were assigned one male and one female. We asked again once we were brought to the room if a female therapist was available and were bluntly told “no female,” with zero effort to accommodate the request or provide any solution. Totally recommend! Came in with my sister for a massage, it was amazing! They asked what pressure we wanted and the ladies did great we were in awe, how is their not more people here and for the price. I loved the rocks!

So me and the wife were excited to get a couples message and we got there asked multiple times for two females. We get in take our clothes off and in walks a dude going strait towards my wife trying to touch her instantly. They said they dont have two girls then said they do.So we end up in an agruement because now they don't want to leave the room. They leave the door open the whole time while my wife is in her underwear having to stay covered on the table. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant. Now idk if I can get my wife to get a massage.. not recommended at all.

Worst massage ever. No pressure or technique. Requested the therapist for more pressure several time. I just give up and told the therapist I'm done. She charged me $65 for 20 minutes. What a ripped off for just spreading oil. Didn't even get a hot towel to whip myself off from the greasy mess. Probably none of the therapist have massage licenses. Recommend the authorities come check out their certifications.

First time having couples massage and it was amazing, reasonable prices and very good staff. My husband fell in Love with Sofie! He definitely is coming back to her goddess hands. We book our next week appointment already and it took a one time to come back next week. Loving this place. I’m definitely bringing everyone. Thanks
