I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for over 2 years, but my last two visits have been a huge letdown, and I won’t be coming back. Both times, I’ve had issues with being overcharged, and the way it was handled was frustrating and unprofessional. The first time I was overcharged, I noticed the mistake and stopped by to have it corrected. When I asked about it, they acted like they didn’t understand me, even though I’ve never had language issues with them before. The second time, I didn’t realize I was charged extra until I went over the bill later. I called to ask about it, and the price they quoted me over the phone was lower than what I paid. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. I've been here quite a few times because they're work and prices are acceptable. I moved out of the area and can't seem to find a decent salon where I live. So, I called them to see if they had availability in the afternoon at 430 when I got out of work. Whoever I spoke to said yes that's fine. When I got there they asked what I wanted and I told them a full set and a pedicure. Their response was "oh, we don't have time". I called. Specifically to make sure I could be seen. I told them I came from of town and called earlier in the day to make sure I COULD be seen. I love the pedicure spa, it pampers me like a queen and my feet too! I am in love with the service, my haircut was amazing and my blowout with volume lasted 3 days and remained perfect 🤩 my favorite stylist Rosita and my favorite manicurist Patrica are incredible 🫶one of the best services and best prices I have tried in all of New jersey is in Orange 💓

Poor and this place is responsible for my sister eyes and she was getting strip lashes on and the lady in the shop drop the glue right on her black pupil and my sister ended up in Emergency room and nail came off next day stay far away it was the manager attitude about the incident very nonchalant
