Bliss Pedicure Spa & Nail Services

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The nail shape is unflattering, and the color doesn't match the polish book. The nail design looked childish, and the gel polish was already chipping and had a lumpy finish. I asked the lady attending me (sitting at the back left table) to redo the design, but she argued with me, claiming she couldn't color over it. Fortunately, a younger man intervened and corrected her. She then redid the nails with a solid color, but did a poor job. To make matters worse, there's still visible blue polish peeking out from underneath, indicating she didn't properly drill down the old design. This experience was horrible, and I won't be returning. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. Went and got a pedicure because I’m 9 months pregnant and my feet hurt and I have my baby shower in a couple days. Once we had sat down they asked what pedicures we wanted and handed us the menu. Once we had decided and After they were done shaping our toes and cutting I noticed they hasn’t asked again what pedicures we wanted so I told them and they told us “ that’s to late” and just assumed and did a regular pedicure without asking. They also talked the entire time and the person doing my pedicure stopped at least 10 times to turn and talk. The whole point of getting a pedicure was so that my feet would feel better and not be so achy. We ended up not even getting color because we didn’t want our toes to be messed up because they paye

I had a great first experience here. The salon looked very clean and organized. My technician was gentle and careful. I will definitely return.

Horrible! I went twice, the 1st time it was just that they have no clue how to do a proper massage on a pedicure. There was no pressure, they don't even pay attention to what they are doing. The 2nd time I walked out because the service was just horrible. I didn't even allow them to finish. I wanted a hot stone and collagen pedicure but they chose to give me a regular pedicure. They stop several times to speak to another coworker, and not just answering a question it was full conversations they kept stopping to have. They charged me $35 to trim and shape my toenails. It was absolutely horrible.

I’m so impressed with the level of professionalism here. My nail tech listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered it flawlessly. The colors, the design, and the finish were all stunning. This will definitely be my new go-to salon.
