Great pedicure, but terrible gel manicure. My gel polish chipped after day one, and the cuticle work was messy with large gaps left at the base of the nail. The photo shows the state of my nails only 48 hours later. Even though the pedicure (done by a different person) was amazing, the manicure quality was poor enough that I won't return.

I've been going for years. I love the ambiance, and my girl nina 💕 always hooks me up nicely. She never assumed she knows what I want, but always asked if I'm pleased with the work before it's completed. Cares about my natural nail, which is a big plus for me.

Overpriced for an okay service. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my toes shaped, the water was lukewarm, when I asked for a french tip it seemed like no one had heard of it before- two people had to ask me again what I wanted.. If no one knew how to do it, it should’ve been explained so we can make adjustments. The massage and callus removal was $50, gel is now priced at $20, and now French tips are $10? That doesn’t make sense to me considering it’s less product being used. If I knew what I know now, I would’ve went somewhere else. The woman seemed nice but the overall business service was poor. I was expecting to spend $50, not $80.

I’ve been here three times so far and the staff has always been so welcoming and friendly. I get gel manicures and regular pedicures, and they are about the same as you’ll get any where else (and I’ve tried several over the years) but it’s the friendliness that earns them the five stars. Ryan did my nails in photo and he was willing to try something new and listened to what I wanted - which I really appreciated.
