Today was my very first time going into the shop and they did not disappoint at all. My old nail tech is no longer because bliss nails now have a forever client. My nails, toes, and eyebrows are perfect and just how I like them. The staff in there did an amazing job…

Very disappointing. While my nails during my first visit were beautiful, the customer service was terrible. Lee's energy came off as if she was doing me a favor. Additionally, it is apparent the staff speaks negatively about their patrons during your service. I requested SNS dip powder and a manicure as my cuticles were in poor shape. What I heard was her speaking in her native language, then "cuticles", and the salon erupted with laughter. I considered maybe I'll attempt one more time as perhaps this was not the norm. I scheduled an appt with Lee, her tone was very apathetic over the phone. I called when en route and stated I would be 5 minutes late. Their service is in consistent. Some nail techs are super talented and friendly. Then there are days when you’re walk away with nails that resemble my 5 year old’s slumber party manicure. Still I’ve had more positive experiences than negative

I never stray away from Lee doing my nails :) but today Q swooped in to design my nails for a rodeo theme style. Thank you both! Lee is always so patient even though I go from wanting simple designs to being indecisive haha & having no idea what style I want. Lee always looks out! **these are my real healthy nails & Lee takes care of them! no breakage.

I had a great experience!! Tired of subpar nail shops on the southside so I tried this place for the first time after seeing the reviews on Google, and boy was I surprised. The interior is beautifully and contemporary Lee adorned with exposed brick wall. The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. Chu, I think was the name, was very good and hospitable. This might be my new REGULAR!!! ***UPDATE**** As previously mentioned, I had started going, regularly. Most times my experience was OK, but I noticed a few times that they were slightly rude or not willing to accommodate the customer (ie: it was freezing cold, asked if they could turn on the heat, they said "No we're closing soon", that's fine but in the dead of winter I dont expect to have to be cold because you're closing soon)
