Bliss Nail Lounge (Lakewood-Dallas)

I have been coming to this location for over a year now and I have been pleased until today.. I went in and the man was very rough with my nails and could not even line up the French tip to be symmetrical… also getting charged $5 for long nails and I didn’t get any extensions is kinda crazy to me. I love this place and want to give them my service but be sure to be specific for who you want… these nails weren’t worth $83 dollars in my option. I also did not get any cuticle work done.

Terrible experience. The store just got bought by new ownership and they’re not good. Went in last week and got a basic manicure. There was a giant banner out front advertising 20% off all services. I paid full price for the manicure by accident, and when I went back an hour later to see why I didn’t get the discount, I was told that manicures did not get the discount. (Despite what the sign says.) Also, the nail polish was coming off within 10 minutes of leaving the salon. Terrible quality. Take your money elsewhere.

I’ve been going here for years but the new management is pretty terrible. I finally gave up and found a new nail salon after they were closed the past 2x I tried to go when they are supposed to be open. My nails were not lasting, I’d get cut a lot. I’d show up when they’d open and they would be walking in 10-15 minutes late to open. I miss the old management because they used to be wonderful! Hopefully they get it together but I’ll be going elsewhere now.

the customer service and the entire staff is incredibly kind, but my pedicure was $65 and i tipped $15. One of my toes chipped the very next day, and sense the person who did them the day before was not there someone else had to correct her mistake. This was only 1 week ago and none of my toe nails have lasted through the week. a complete waste of money and i do not recommend gel pedicures here. my friend got regular polish, it was cheaper, and her toes held up just fine.

Just moved to the area & need a new nail salon after years in the suburbs & paying $65 (not including tip). Extremely overpriced for a dip manicure & left with nail product gunk all over my hands and under the nails. Shape & color is nice - but not worth $94 not including tip. Plenty of more affordable places around! The hunt continues
