Jessica, the owner, is incredibly talented and welcoming—she truly knows her craft and makes you feel right at home. The salon itself is spectacular—the design is stunning, and the atmosphere is both stylish and comfortable. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service in a beautiful space. Jess is the best blonding specialist in the Central PA area! She is super professional and her attention to detail is unmatched. She always does such a fabulous job at taking care of my hair. Jess is the one and only when it comes to my hair. I've lived in Lancaster PA, San Diego CA, Richmond VA, and now Harrisburg PA; Over the last 15 years, I've had so many people highlight my brown hair. Sometimes it turns out red, gray, brassy, orange, dry, broken... Well, the first time I met Jess, she colored my hair PERFECTLY! I've been going to her for 2 years now. She's turned my hair from brassy, short, and brittle to long, beautiful, and always the way I want it. I love the Brazilian blowouts too! I cannot be happier for Jess & Michelle to open their new salon in Camp Hill. It has an AMAZING atmosphere! Hands down- would recommend Bliss to everyone!

I just had my first visit at Michelle’s new salon and they have made it a beautiful and welcoming space. Michelle has been helping me grow out a pixie cut that I did on impulse with another stylist over a year and a half ago. Even during the inevitable awkward stages of growing it out, she somehow kept me looking good. She is also patiently accomplishing what no other stylist has - working highlights and depth into my very dark hair while countering the stubborn red that always fights to resurface. Plus she is a lot of fun to talk to while you are in her chair! I met her business partner, Jessica, and I liked her right away too.
