I’ve been coming here for my blowouts and styling for a while now, and they never disappoint. Every single time, my hair comes out smooth, full of volume, and perfectly styled. The blow-dry lasts for days and still looks fresh and bouncy. They truly understand how to work with my hair and always give me that polished, put-together look. This has definitely become my go-to salon for styling. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my blowouts!

My mother and sister both had a terrible time with them, their normal stylist was no longer there and they had to get serviced by someone else. They both left with a migraine from being handled so roughly. There was also a father that came in with his daughter asking for help because she had a knot that he couldn’t get out, not only did they pull on that baby’s hair so terribly but once the father and daughter left they proceeded to talk so much crap about them. Do better.

If you are a black woman with 4C hair looking for a new salon, DO NOT GO HERE! The price is $45 for a blowout. My blowout was $55. I asked why and the owner said because of the “texture” of your hair. With charging me the extra for my texture, my roots were still poofy when I got home. I had to finish pressing it out myself. She charges $30 for a trim. RIDICULOUS! My total was $85 and I STILL tipped the woman who did a horrible job at doing my “textured” hair. I will never be back! I will go to Paterson where I can get a blowout, deep condition and trim for less and better outcome!

I felt overcharged. The owner attempted to charge $75 for a basic blowout on medium-length hair, which is well above the typical rate. In my experience, $50 is the maximum I’ve paid for a blowout, especially at a non-luxury salon. The pricing did not feel reasonable or transparent.

I made an appointment two weeks ago, show up for highlights, and due to an emergency, there was no one there to do the job. I was put on the phone with the person who was going to do my hair and she said she wasn’t going to make it. I asked why I never received a call since I drove a half hour. She said it was because it was an emergency and that I was being rude and inconsiderate. I would be more considerate had anyone called me to say my appointment was cancelled, that’s all I ask for. I highly do not recommend going here; I don’t think they even remembered I had an appointment because I never even got a confirmation call either. Do not waste your time with these rude, inconsiderate people!
