Blessed Nails & Spa (OFF 10% ALL SERVICE)

I will not be returning to this salon! The lady who did my pedicure cut my toenails very unevenly. I had to keep asking her to fix it and they are still uneven. She started to paint my toenails with a clear coat. The machine wouldn't stay on long enough for the polish to cure. She then stopped and I sat for 15 minutes with no explanation of why I was just sitting. Another lady comes into the salon to finish painting my toes. Again, the machine wouldn't stay on long enough for the polish to cure and dry. I am now home and my gel polish is lifting off of my toes. I will not be returning here!

I stopped in for a waxing. I was from out of state and was driving by. I now have a burn on my lip under my nose from the wax. I have been getting waxed for 30 years and never been burned. In between my eyebrows also have minor burns. I now have to go to work at a school with a mustache burn across my lip. Not to mention the pain I had all day yesterday until I was able to get cream for it. She covered my face in Vaseline which caused a breakout. When I come back to Virginia I will not be returning unless it is with a lawyer for this pain I have endured. Beware!!!!!! I am now permanently scared. They were friendly but careless

I went in and asked for a basic pedicure. The technician said it would be $50! That seemed high but she said the price twice when I asked for a basic pedicure. It was nothing special. When I went to pay, she said $55 because she said it was deluxe which I didn’t ask for. I said I was only going to pay $50 plus tip as quoted. She said her boss would be mad. I only paid $50 and tip but won’t be back.

I went to blessed nails for the first time today . I was looking for another nail spa but very nice clean place . The person who did my nails is name V. She doesn't speak great English but she understands very word when it came to my nails . I'll go back .
