Booked an appointment at 10:30 AM and the door is closed. They wouldn’t answer my phone call. Called three times. Got a text from Yadi asking me to reschedule. Advance notice would have been appreciated so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to the shop. Disappointing customer service.

JR is truly one of a kind. He takes the time to understand what you want, gives smart recommendations based on your head and face shape, and really customizes the cut to you. You leave looking sharp, feeling confident, and with a little extra life wisdom—exactly what a great barber should offer.

Amazing haircuts, been going here for years and never had a bad experience! Great price, great cuts. When I met my fiancé, she said “I love your hair cut”. 10/10 stars. Owner already knows my cut the instant I walk in.

He never disappoints I’m telling you if you want that fresh clean cut this is the spot JR knows what he’s doing and the location is so clean as well don’t gotta worry about weird people or homeless begging for money.This location is so convenient you got a lot of food options and there’s even a Wells Fargo so it makes it even easier for me when I forget my wallet or extra cash on hand

Disappointing experience for such a nicely decorated and inviting shop. I didn't expect this from a place with all newbies fresh from barber Academy. There was confusion about the barber's schedule, including their hours of operation, whether appointments are necessary, and how they coordinate with clients. Additionally, the advice given to new clients was unhelpful, unnecessary, and delivered with a rushed and irritated attitude, which further worsened my overall experience.
