Bleach & Brawn

My wife went in for a cut today and came back in tears. She was seen by stylist Yuri. Apparently the stylist accidentally used the wrong scissors and took off a large portion of my wife’s hair on her front left side. While mistakes happen, that is unacceptable. The damage is significant as the hair was originally up to her upper bicep/T-shirt sleeve and is now ear length. The amount of length taken is irreparable. She can’t even put her hair into a ponytail anymore. Photos speak for themselves. They apparently “comped” the cut but it’s an empty, and frankly insulting gesture considering how important a haircut is to confidence and overall mood. Dani is one of the best stylists that has ever cut my hair, she is professional yet friendly and so easy to talk to. The atmosphere of this salon is great, my hair loved the products they used. I definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!
