Absolutely the best place to get your hair cut, dyed, styled, you name it they do it. I personally recommend Julie Haibeck to do these things, but I know the other workers will do a great job, too. Julie does wonders with my hair! After she is done it looks amazing. She has been my hair lady for almost 5 years now and I will never go back to my old one and I sure hope she does not retire! They sell a great variety of shampoos, conditioners and many other beauty products here. They also do waxing, finger nail care/manicure, and tanning as well. Reasonable prices. All around a great place to come to! Come check it out. I guarantee you'll never leave.

Took my kids right away! Lady was super nice, very friendly and fast! This place is a very friendly place for kids, it has a pony to sit on and moive and treats to help keep the little ones still!! I've always brought my kids here especially when their hair is super tangled. If I could I would give this place a 10 out of 10!!

The reason I went to this salon in the first place was because other salons in Mandan, at the time, were all booked. On the outside, it may not look like a glamorous and top-tier salon...but the staff there are very friendly and are, by all means, professional. The prices for haircuts are affordable and they are very reasonable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. They take great care in making sure that you are satisfied with your haircuts. And, if you are not, they will do their best to fix whatever problem it is you are having. I, personally, don't like getting my hair cut. But the ladies at The Golden Comb have definitely changed my mind! And, on a side note, they offer complimentary beverages! If that doesn't get you through their door, I don't know what will! I need to say how great this salon is. My 3 year screamed bloody murder while punching and kicking in order to keep from getting a haircut (straight up excercist style) the stylist still managed to get his haircut through all the kicking and tears. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place. They did a great job and didn’t make me feel like the worst mother ever for having a demon child lol

I called for a same day apt & I was seen in less than 2 hours! Excellent cut with a few extras thrown in. The cut was what I described & so cute! Highly recommend this place.
