I experienced the EES system and it was amazing! It was so relaxing and friendly. I will definitely be back. Update, they added more units, i could feel the energy when I walked in the room. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet.

Amazing! Amazing!! Amazing!!! I’m on a little vacation from Cedar Rapids wanting a good massage. Been working in the kitchen for almost a year and my body is killing me. I got a massage yesterday afternoon… and boy did I feel like a noodle afterward. She massaged places, I didn’t know needed massaged. A little too much pressure on my hips to me, but other than that it felt amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had.

Excellent couples massage experience with Blades! This is truly a place of healing, and the massage therapists and the staff were above and beyond and undoubtedly experienced professionals.

The massage was exceptional and the pricing is pretty good too. Some of the other places in Des Moines charge a little too much for my liking but Blades keeps it pretty reasonable and the experience is likely going to be the same if you went to someone else, so save some money and head over to Blades. And no, this isn't an ad even though it comes off like one.

Silla is fabulous. Absolutely fabulous. She makes such a difference for your day with your muscles, and she's a joy to be around. Her prices are extremely fair and she really listens to you, your needs, and what you want to get out of the massage. I highly, highly recommend her for your massage needs.
