Blades Hair & Nail Salon

Went in to have my wig shaped and trimmed. They used a hot curling iron on it and ruined it. They would not take responsibility.

It was amazing. Sydney did an amazing job first time ever going there and not once did I feel like she wasn't going to do her best. Then when everything was done and looked amazing I couldn't ask for anything better. She's friendly they're all friendly they make you feel comfortable. And she cares about your well-being if you like your hair and she holds a great conversation. I would most definitely recommend everybody to go get your hair done there.

I am over this salon. I've been a loyal customer for 3 years and I can't take it anymore. From never receiving a call back when I've left a voicemail to not being able to go in to have tips replaced when the set isn't even 24hrs old, because the associates there don't know how to do gel???? That makes no sense to me. Issues with getting appointments b/c I have to stay up with texting my stylist to remind her to get me on the books. I'm so done with the lack of good customer service in this town. If you want to be a high end salon and charge high end prices, then maybe you should make your staff make it a priority to return calls and do a good job the first time so that you don't have to look elsewhere. I've been going to Blades for a few months now and love my stylist, Emily! After the pandemic it was difficult to find a good place to get my hair done. The first place I went did a horrible job cutting my hair. I had to wait for it to grow back quite a bit before I tried to find someone to fix it. That's when I found Blades salon kind tucked away . Such a friendly atmosphere! All the girls are great and they are a full service salon. Manicure, pedicure, hair products, shoes, clothing! They are a little pricey but it's worth it to get the awesome treatment from Blades!

I don’t know who the girl was at the desk. Blonde hair with tattoos, but i absolutely Loved her! She was so kind and was talking the whole time, made me feel really comfortable! Expecally for my first time being there. Very clean, professional place! Most definitely will be back!
