Blade & Fade Barbershop

I went in as a walk-in, explained exactly what I wanted, and the barber agreed. He did not follow my instructions and pushed my hairline back, leaving it uneven and unacceptable. When I returned to address the issue, I was told the police would be called if I did not pay. I am requesting a $40 refund so I can get my hair corrected elsewhere. I have photos documenting the result.
