Black’s Building

This place is beautiful. The ballroom/tea room overlooks the entire downtown. You can see all the way to the casino.

Extremely hot and humid during the summer, cold in the winter. Building has seen much better days as far as upkeep inside and out for being what is considered one of the city of Waterloo's landmarks in their history. Everyone says it's amazing, wonderful, etc, etc, etc. It's not, it's just so so, like most of Warerloo. Like many other landmarks and the city itself, one can tell there isn't much pride taken therein. 😕

@Wendy to point out that you're wrong would only be the beginning on how wrong you are. I lived there for a year and during that year lives in absolute luxury. No pride??? Not true. This place is beautiful! It's a classic beauty. My apartment was seriously legit. It was luxury hotel quality. I miss that place and had it not been for me furthering my relationship I would still be there!!!! Great great great place and a huge asset to the region.
