Best Barbershop in Norcal!!! The place is very new and clean and inviting. The staff are very nice and caring. The barbers are highly skilled and do their job very well. Justin is a great barber and really takes care of his customers and has a passion for in his craft. I would highly reccomend this barbershop!!

Everything about this place was awesome. Upscale decor, extremely comfortable seats, very friendly and welcoming staff...this list goes on. This is the only shop that has used a hot towel on the front end of the shave and a refreshing cold towel on the back end. Probably one of the best haircut and shaves I have had. Thank you Debbie and Oscar for making our visit memorable and amazing.

This is the best barbershop I’ve visited in Sacramento! I rarely leave reviews, but sometimes a place is so good that I have to share. Great haircuts are very important to me, and when I first moved to Sacramento, I spent what felt like forever trying to find the perfect barber. I never found the right fit—until now. I’ve finally found my place at Black Owl Barbers. Every staff member is excellent—you truly can’t go wrong with anyone there. Everyone seems to operate at a higher level than any other barbershop or salon I’ve been to. The shop itself is extremely clean, neat, and has a calm, inviting atmosphere. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and most importantly, they deliver the best cuts in Sacramento at a very reasonable price. All in all, this place is a home run. I’m so

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Debbie did a great job shaving my head, face, cleaned up my facial hair. Did a facial hot towels, then afterwards a cold towel! This place I would very highly recommend to all the gentlemen out there!!! Definitely worth the money!!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Debbie — she’s honestly amazing at what she does. Every time I’m in her chair, she gets my haircut and beard perfect. Clean lines, sharp fade, and she always pays attention to the small details that make the whole look come together. On top of her skills, Debbie brings great energy. Our conversations are always real, comfortable, and positive. She makes the whole experience feel smooth and personal, like you’re talking to a friend while getting the best haircut of your life.
