Customer Reviews
Terrible customer service. Terrible environment. Worse beauty supply I’ve ever walked into. The guy warned me about the no bag policy. I told him he can hold it up there with him, he said no it’s okay I’m just letting you know for next time. Then the Asian lady hit the corner & was watching me and proceeded to tell me with an attitude about the no purse policy and I said I just told the guy to hold it. I proceed to look for what I needed but I felt all eyes on me, I grabbed literally 3 things & I was uncomfortable, so I just grabbed what I needed I couldn’t even look around in peace and my total came out to $5.54……… so I asked the guy if they take Apple Pay and he said yea but it’s $1 charge. I’m sorry I’m not paying $1 jus to use Apple Pay. The only cash I had was a $50 but didn’t want to
Terrible customer service. Their policy about not allowing purses is unreasonable . I would understand if it was a large bag, but mine was small. The staff showed no customer care or understanding. Honestly, people are better off ordering from Amazon than supporting businesses that make customers feel uncomfortable
The no bag policy is annoying, but I get it this business has been getting ripped off for years people stealing from them like crazy at some point you have do something to minimize the theft to stay in business. People stealing made it hard for everyone even Walmart has everything locked up for the same reason. SMH
I understand why some people might be annoyed by the no-bag rule. It’s a bit inconvenient to have to leave your purse or bag behind. However, it doesn’t bother me, and I actually agree with it. The store owner lets you give your bag to her, and she keeps it in a spot where you can still see it, which makes me feel more comfortable. The no-bag policy helps prevent theft and keeps the store more secure. It also helps keep things organized. One thing I did notice, though, was that the nose rings were a bit overpriced—$6 for just one. While that felt a little high, overall, I think the store's policies make sense and help create a safer and smoother shopping experience.
The lady is very Racist. When I walked in the store she followed me around telling me that I couldn’t buy from her store because I have a purse. She told me I should carry a wallet into her store. The cashier is a black man he stayed silent the entire time. It’s her store and without problems I walked out she is located right next to a grocery store. So she does this all day with the population majority Black in the area.
