Quick review of Black Beauty Hair & Supply Store ! This morning I reached out to three beauty supply stores via messenger and business chat. Only one replied within minutes even though they hadn't open for business for the day. I was happy for the response and also happy they had the products I was searching for. Once I entered the store I was greeted by Jenna and was offered assistance in finding what I was looking for. The products I drove from Baton Rouge to Lafayette to purchase were set aside for my arrival just as I had requested; I was very pleased about that. Jenna was very professional and courteous, the products were all fronted on the shelves and the store was immaculate. First time visiting this establishment, staff were friendly and professional and knowledgeable. The young lady and her co worker assisted with providing proper product and help with picking my hair. I love the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. I will return. Thanks ladies for your assistance

Visiting family from FL. I’ve always passed by and been wanting to support this black owned business. I went in on New Year’s Eve to get a couple of items. The two ladies there were so kind and went out of their way to help. The store is bright, neat and clean. It was a refreshing and pleasant experience. We will be back every time we’re in town!

I love everything about this store! I've been looking for a black owned beauty supply to support and this is THE one! The ladies greeted me so enthusiastically with "hey beauty" as soon as I walked through the door. They were extremely sweet and helpful! I wasn't watched with hawk eyes or followed around the store which was a first for me. The store is set up very nicely and is extremely organized. The music playing made me feel like I was right at home! I was very satisfied with my experience here and will be a returning customer!! Make the right choice and shop with Black Beauty!!! They made me feel valued, respected, and right at home.
