Black and white Spa

Black and white is a wonderful nail salon! I've been here for pedicures in the past but for my daughter's 11th birthday, I planned a "treat" scavenger hunt for her and her friends and this was one of the treats! All the girls got pedicures and enjoyed their time! The staff is incredibly friendly and couldn't ask for a better scavenger hunt destination!

I usually really enjoy coming to this salon, but I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. I had my nails polished on Wednesday of last week, and by Monday — just five days later — the growth gap was already so noticeable that it looked like I needed a fresh manicure. The technician painted the gel polish so far back from the cuticle that, the moment I walked out of the salon, I noticed it looked off. The following day, both my husband and daughter made comments about how it looked like I already needed to get my nails done again — and when even a man notices, that says something. I would have returned the very next day to have it fixed, but with gel polish, my nails can’t handle getting soaked off again so soon. I also have a big event this weekend and no time to go elsewhere t

I gotta say I will be returning 💛 me and my mom were very happy with the results and were treated very amazing! We will be making appointments now because they are usually busy but this was the best we've been treated. Thank you all so much and happy holidays ❄️

I received the worst service. I was quoted one amount and charged another amount. A 10$ difference. The gal that did my nails was rude. It has to be the worst nails I've ever had done. The French dip tips were not even and there's partificials on the nails and the clear coat was not covered on the nails completely. Horrible job. Wouldn't recommend them.

I took my mom in last Saturday to get her nails filled and a pedicure. She's hard of hearing, and wears hearing aids. They were SO rude to her, yelling at her in front of everyone even after I told them she didn't hear well. Then her nails... EVERY SINGLE FINGER WAS BLEEDING. They're red and swollen days later and I'm hoping they're not going to get infected. They look awful. All that and a $170 bill. I shouldn't have paid them until they fixed it, but at that point her fingers hurt and she was nearly in tears. I don't know how they stay in business, but they should be ashamed treating a 77 year old woman that way.
