I really wanted to like this place because it’s closer to my home than the other nail salon I normally frequent. This is my second time trying this location and it still left me very disappointed. When I initially left I didn’t like the way my nails turned out and in just one week this is what my nails look like even though I paid for dip nails. I’ve gotten dip during my last few visits at another nail salon and normally they last for 4 weeks looking pretty great. Here by day 5 the dip polish was chipping away even though I don’t even use any harsh chemicals. I’ve also never experienced the tips of my natural nail growing and showing underneath the dip polish. I got a gel overlay on my hands and gel polish on my toes on last Friday (07/18/25). I went swimming on Sunday (07/20/25) and the polish on my feet and hands changed colors. When I went back to the nail shop on (07/22/25) they told me the only way they would fix it would be if I paid for a color change. The manager Jimmy said, “The chemicals in the pool is what causes the gel nail polish to change colors.” While trying to understand what sense that made because I have never heard of nothing like that the entire 15 years that I have been getting my nails done Jimmy called the police on me because he thought I was going to harm his workers and customers. I remained calm the entire time and when the police got there Jimmy told them that they still would do my nails as long as I paid for them

Absolutely amazing experience every time. I’ve been going here for years and they never disappoint. The pedicure is always flawless, super relaxing, and done with so much care. Clean, professional, and welcoming highly recommend!

I have been coming here for 3 years now and refuse to go anywhere else because of the staff and the quality of service I always get. I am very active and hard on my nails and my gel nails and pedicures always last a long time. Jimmy treats his customers like friends and always makes me feel at home. If I could give 7 stars, I would.

After searching and reading for a place with a similar experience that I had in Plano because we relocated to CH where I grew up-- I read reviews here and told my daughter lets go. They do not take same day appts.. walk ins about 15-20 minute wait, but I did not care. I reccomend getting an appt. Pedicures were amazing for both us next I got dip french and my 14 year old daughter did gel french with candy canes design on 2 nails. Adorable. Her toes are a snowy blue with glitter. Excellent service, everyone was so nice and so very sweet to my daughter. First time she ever had a gel service. Owner told me to tell you all he is handsome. All laughed and we said no-- eye candy! The salon is very clean and they clean after every customer. Thank you all. We'll be back for sure. Merry Xmas and h
