Jenny was awesome. She has a very gentle touch. She did exactly what I asked her to do. I wanted the acrylics taken off my nails and gel polish on my natural nails. She did a very thorough manicure including hand massage at the end. And even gave me a special New Year's gift! The pricing was right on point and I love my nails thank you Jenny! Happy New Year!! I'll be back!!!

I live SO close to this establishment and I will never ever go back. Years ago every time I went the owner/woman (I assume) in the front is incredibly rude and so unapproachable. If she was open and wanted to help me I’d wait for another technician. If she’s not with a client she sits there in a chair with her shoes off, watching whatever on her phone with the volume so loud. If a customer comes in she’s seems very irritated to stop whatever she is watching. The overall cleanliness is subpar. I watched used tools get passed around from customer to customer, there’s thick dust on the ledge where you have to sit during a manicure and stuff just everywhere! I don’t know if there’s inspection companies or anything like that to check on this establishment but it would definitely fail! Just the

I was doing my nails for my birthday I had my little girl with me. I never expected to pay $225 dollars for two full sets and two pedicures no design. Up charging there customers no prices listed when you walk in so it's whatever they want to have you pay. I will never return I should have just drove to the city for a better price and nail design. If your looking for a reasonable price with nail design I do not recommend BK nails.

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for over 10 years, and they’ve always been consistent! The customer service is a solid 10, and I’ve never had to wait. My nails last for weeks because their products are top-notch. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled nail salon, BK Nails is the place to go! Jenny we love you!

I’ve been to many different nails salons in the Marietta West Cobb area and BK Nails is the best. I always come in with some wild and crazy design idea and share it with Eva and she just makes it happen - it either looks exactly like the picture or its a variation that we discuss that is even better! I like that she asks me questions as we go so there are no surprises, including the price. I can go 3 or even 4 weeks in between because Eva does such a high quality job. I also get a gel deluxe pedicure most times I come in (#4) and it is always such a pleasurable, relaxing experience. I have never had an issue with the quality and my toes can go a month or more (which I typically do in the winter). All the salon technicians are nice and friendly - I highly recommend BK Nails.
