B&K III

These people have NASTY ATTITUDES… Beyond nasty… to paying customers. It’s close to my house and I have to remind myself not to come here. WE HAVE TO SHOP WHERE WE ARE APPRECIATED NOT TOLERATED I went there today and my order was over $150 and this lady still wanted to charge me for a bag. Needless to say, I did purchase anything because the attitudes were too nasty. I went to a different hair store and paid a fraction of the cost. I have no plans on going back to this store.

Customer service is horrible i keep calling and he keeps saying hello i ask a question he says something dumb that has nothing to do with the question then hang up

Multiple occasions where I was overcharged for an item. The price tag says one thing and they say another.

The store has a large variety of items which is a fantastic thing. However, I wish that the staff was able to speak better english so that they can assist customers in a timely manner. I found myself repeating myself several times until the cashier finally said that she couldn't speak english and she couldn't understand me. She had ended up getting another worker to assist me which prolonged my time spent in the store.

Very clean and organized. Quickly found what I needed, especially quiet because it's Sunday. Loved it!
