This Salon in Hamilton is a must if you want the best style/Cut. On 9/2/25 I initially saw Amy to have some nails removed as I was from out of state. She made an appointment with Kyla Shepherd for me to return the next day to have a haircut. Kyla a young stylist but proficient in her art of styling! I gave Kyla pictures of the cut I wanted. She listened attentively to what I was looking for between two pictures a combination of the cut and style. She provided some feedback which I agreed with and she started her art on my hair. When my cut was done and she showed me what she did I was amazed! She is the ONLY STYLIST in last two years that I've been asking for this particular style/cut to get it right. Bittersweet Salon is truly the best! Donna has been doing my hair for 8 years and it is healthier than ever and I’ve never left disappointed! Randy or Paige are amazing with waxing. Hannah does my gel polish manicure and does a phenomenal job! The best thing is that everyone there is so kind and you leave feeling positive and pampered! Clean and great energy!!

My brother got a haircut at another salon that made him feel embarrassed. These amazing ladies stayed later to help him fix the haircut of disaster! So appreciative of not only that, but they're always so nice and the atmosphere is so upbeat and relaxing.
