Congratulations Bit Space on 10 years! We enjoyed experiencing just some of your countless amazing offerings during yesterday’s open house. Our daughter Sarah has really enjoyed participating in one of Bit Spaces weeklong summer camps each August the past 7 years - each time it’s an interactive, unique and educational experience. Most importantly, Bit Spaces staff are the standout - they’re always engaging, thoughtful and personable. Thank you!

My daughter has been waiting impatiently to be old enough to go to a Bit Space Summer Camp, and I am pleased to say it FAR exceeded even her high standards for what a camp should be. The space is warm and inviting - especially to those creative engineering/building types who love a little sawdust in their day (like us), but really the people and their encouragement and the space they make for kiddo creativity and ability to use cool tools - that is what sets Bit Space apart. We have been consumers of Chicago area summer camps for MANY years now, and hands down this has been my daughter’s favorite. She can’t wait to go back.

This is our second year doing camp at BitSpace. Even my sassy pre-teen said it was awesome. I really appreciate the way the BitSpace staff help the kids navigate their own creative journey. My kid came out of it not only with a cool project but also skills in both building and arts as well as problem solving and staying focused in a creative process. Would absolutely recommend and we will hope to be back next year!

This is our second year enrolling kids in the summer camps, and have had a really great experience. The kids learn safety, are encourage to explore and iterate on their ideas, and build their skills with both virtual and physical tools and the transition between them. They bring an ambitious project to life in a week and present on the last day. What a great place!

This is currently our favorite summer camp in the city, right here in the neighborhood. It's an amazing makerspace for both hands-on and virtual creativity - my only regret is that I can't spend the day there too!
