Bisou Nail Bar

I have come before to this place, but today my experience was quite different. It was a very bad start with the front staff employee, she had a bad attitude towards us the whole time we were there. This happened on 10/10 at 5:40 PM. I booked 1 mani and 2 pedicures. First of all, I apologize for arriving 10 min late ( I had the courtesy to call and let her beforehand) I nicely asked her if instead of regular manicure she could add tips in my daughter nails. She responded rudely that what I had booked was different and rolled her eyes. I responded that I was sorry as my daughter had just decided that, and I didn’t know that when I booked the appointment. And repeated to her that ONLY if they could. ( wasn’t for free, wasn’t?) She proceeded to change the appointment and right away po

I got a Gel-X set at Bisou Nail Bar and absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The service was quick, detailed, and my nails came out beautiful. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for great quality and great vibes!

Several of my fingers bled as a result of my cuticles being shaped (cut) with a nail drill – which I did not request. The owner was completely dismissive. I wish this had not been my experience as I would have been a regular.

I’ve been a regular at Bisou for about five years now. Kelly, the owner, is so kind & hospitable. So many locals come in on a regular basis and she seems to know them all by name. The salon is always completely spotless & bright. The staff is friendly & skilled, I never ask for someone specific but I’ve always left happy with the results. They have a huge collection of Dazzle Dry colors! Sometimes I bring my young daughters in to get their nails painted and the staff is always wonderful with them, and super patient. The location is fantastic. Parking can suck in downtown Winchester but it’s worth dealing with to visit Bisou!
