I do enjoy the publication itself. I gave two stars because I am very frustrated with the lack of customer service. I did a trial of the online subscription and decided to cancel. But there is literally no way to cancel online. You have to call. I’ve been calling for 5 days. No one has ever picked up or called me back. Not impressed at all and frustrated. How do I cancel if no one answers the phone and there isn’t the option to cancel online? 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Update: 3 weeks have passed and I still haven’t been able to talk to anyone when calling. I got a letter saying my trial will be up soon and I will be getting charged $10.99 a month. So I reported the Bis Trib to the Federal Trade Commission as fraud. I guess if I end up getting charged monthly hopefully the FTC will be able to get my mon

Called to speak to a customer service rep for questions on obit costs and on hold for 38 minutes. Time to get out of the publishing business as the customer does NOT matter.

I receive the electronic addition and the paper addition for Saturday. Usually It doesn't arrive unless I call in to remind them. Please deliver like you should. Very frustrating.

I don't like your lack of support for the tribes. Seems like you might be owned by people who don't have the environment's best interests at heart.
