Bishops Cuts/Color

Just spent HOURS on my last day off fixing layers that were uneven in both length and sections. Cut my thumb open in the process. I’m a RN in a hospital setting and go back to work tomorrow, not real excited about body fluid risk and hand sanitizer getting into the cut. The whole reason for going to Bishop’s was so I wouldn’t have to cut my own hair and have these problems. When I lived in Portland I loved Bishops, always happy with my haircuts. Since moving to Vancouver I have been increasingly disappointed and this last cut will be my last visit. Initially I pointed out that my bangs were uneven, she “fixed” them while continuing to stand on one side of me and advised not to cut anymore. I've gone to Supercuts for along time and always had my hair done the same way. I wanted something different so I called Bishops. Ryan was very nice and did my hair exactly as I ased. I will go back to him in the future. I think I've found my new stylist. Thank you Ryan I appreciate you! 😁

So I walked into this Bishops salon in Andreasen Ave. The were very friendly and welcoming!. I didn't have an appointment and they still served me. I was helped by Natalie H, she was a superb professional 👏 at matching my hair color to cover my grays. She colored my hair very well, wash and style my long curly hair. The next day my coworkers keep telling me how glamorous I looked. So I super recommend this salon and team!! ☆. Plus you can have a 🍺 !.

I always struggle to find a hair stylist that knows what to do with my hair because it’s really fine and often lacks volume. Also, layers just disappear in my hair. Leo did an awesome job, and I could not be happier with my haircut. She really listened and continued to check in with me throughout the process to make sure she wasn’t cutting too much, that I was happy with what she was doing, etc. So happy to find a great hairstylist here!

Great experience. Scheduling was easy with good availability. This was my second time with Ryan cutting my hair- he listens well and offers advice. He does a great cut and he has an excellent vibe.
