Bishops Cuts/Color

Okay I brought my daughter in to get her hair dyed half black half red for her birthday was charged $390 and my daughter's hair looks like crap it's not red it's like four different color oranges and pink and fading and it's only been a week and a half not good service at all Sophia does not know how to do good color and she rushed the job towards the end because she was getting off of work not okay when I'm spending $390. And it's supposed to be a demi die and she's only washed her hair one time and it's already faded that much. Plus she was supposed to do layers in her hair at the end and because it was 5:05 and she was supposed to be off at 5:00 she did none of that but still charged me. Okay I was never told any of that about the hair color never agreed to anything and I never declined

Seriously the BEST transformation cut ever. Dana did a WONDERFUL job. She cut my hair and actively listened to my concerns and went super conservative with cutting a little more at a time. So I felt super comfortable the entire time. I appreciate her so much! She gave my curls life again.

The stylist did not listen or communicate with me about the mohawk during the entire event, at least based on a couple key things I said I wanted that were not followed, to the point where she drew vampire fangs on the back of my head in my hair even though that was never discussed. I used "fangs" to represent the back of my neck where the hair is not in a straight line, and my wording was "keep the fangs because that's where the mohawk starts, then in a round line up to my temples". Aside from weird things like that, she also butchered the actual mohawk. It's too thin by almost two inches, she carved my head up when she was shaving, despite my saying several times that my head was being scratched, and it's totally crooked. We have been coming here for a few years. Specifically the Gresham location. Delia is so precise and detailed with skin fades. My son’s hair always turns out just the way he wants it to!! We always walk away happy a looking great!!!

Karlee was amazing. I did a long cut and deep condition treatment. She was polite, fun and delightful to talked to. Cut my hair exactly how I wanted and styled it perfectly for a Xmas party. Worth every penny!! Oh and they havr beer too 😉
