I had such a great experience with Helen! She did an amazing job on my hair color. I showed her the color I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it. The result turned out exactly how I imagined—if not even better! She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Had such a great experience at Bishops Salon. I am a regular here now for hair color and haircuts. Java is the one who has always done my hair color and haircuts she is amazing and an expert hairdresser. She does a very detailed root touch and her hair washes and blow drys are awesome. This is an amazing salon and I will keep visiting

I used to get my haircut from Bishop's in Downtown San Jose and boy howdy what a difference in quality of service. First off the Pleasanton location doesn't use their booking system. The booking system will take appointments, but the stylists there do not use them to plan. I booked a long hair cut and a beard trim, and I walk in to find that 2 of the barbers don't do long hair, and the third has 2 other people in chairs when I walk in. After waiting for about 10 minutes after my appointment time, another person with an appointment comes in and is told it's going to be about an hour. 40 minutes after my appointment time, I get seated in a chair while the other 2 are waiting. My stylist asks how short I want it cut, if I want layers and if I want face framing. I reply that I want it abou

My 13-year-old son had not had a haircut in almost three months and like most teenagers, he is very picky and specific about his style. Zoe was absolutely amazing. She took the time to understand what he wanted, made him feel comfortable, and delivered exactly the look he had in mind. She was quick, professional, and efficient with both the shampoo and the cut, while still being very attentive to detail. My son walked out happy and confident, which says everything. Highly recommend asking for Zoe if you are looking for someone who truly listens and knows how to work with teens and their evolving styles. We will definitely be back.
