I had such a wonderful experience at Birch Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The space is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing — it really sets the tone for a great appointment. Nichole did my haircut, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail and skill truly show in her work. My hair feels fresh, healthy, and perfectly styled. It’s exactly what I was hoping for! I left feeling confident and refreshed. Nichole is incredibly talented, and the entire team at Birch Salon makes the experience special. I highly recommend booking with her. I’ll definitely be back!

I paid almost $70 for a simple layered cut and didn’t realize it until I straightened it and saw how uneven it was. I had a level 3 stylist do it, so I am very confused.
